Have you downloaded your personalised Referral App? You will need to join or log in to Dentist Connect in order to download the Referral App.

The Referral App sits on your desktop and automatically logs you in to Dentist Connect for quick access to our online referral form (with your details already pre-populated), your CPD certificates, our Ask a Question form, a range of other useful resources and the option of receiving invitations to complimentary educational events.

If you are at a practice with multiple dentists, your practice may prefer to use a Practice Login for faster referral - this provides access to a custom, pre-populated referral form with a drop-down list of all the dentists at your practice. The Referral App can can also be downloaded for your Practice Login without impacting your personal Referral App.  Please email us to request a Practice Login.

If your IT security prevents download of the Referral App, you can also choose to save your personal or practice login details in your browser.
